Robotic Welding

In our manufacturing, robotic welding ensures precision and consistency. By automating the welding process, we achieve high-quality, uniform welds that improve the durability and safety of the e-rickshaw. This technology also enhances efficiency, reducing human error and speeding up production times.

Laser Cutting

We use advanced laser cutting for precise shaping of metal components in our e-rickshaws. The laser ensures clean cuts with minimal waste, enhancing structural integrity and reducing production time. This technology enables us to create complex designs with perfect accuracy, maintaining the high standards of our products.

Stamping Process

Stamping is crucial for forming various metal parts in our e-rickshaw frames. By applying high pressure, we shape metal sheets into specific designs with excellent repeatability. This process improves production speed and consistency while maintaining the strength and precision needed for key structural components.

CED coating

  • Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED) coating is used to protect our e-rickshaws from corrosion. This eco-friendly coating process applies a uniform layer of primer to metal surfaces, ensuring long-lasting durability and rust resistance. CED also provides an excellent base for further coating, enhancing the product's lifespan.

Liquid Painting

Liquid coating provides the final layer of protection and aesthetics to our e-rickshaws. Using advanced spray techniques, we apply a smooth, even finish that enhances both appearance and durability. This coating is designed to resist wear and tear, maintaining the vehicle’s sleek look over time.

Universal Tensile Testing

Universal Testing Machine (UTM) testing ensures that our e-rickshaw components meet strength and durability standards. By applying controlled force, we assess the mechanical properties of materials, ensuring they can withstand the stress and strain encountered during regular use, enhancing safety and reliability.
